Welcome to Technoblok, an independent online technology community operated by Akın Çetin.

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of technoblok.com, including its public discussions, user accounts, community features and any content shared through the site.

By accessing the site, creating an account or participating in discussions, you agree to follow these Terms and the Technoblok Community Guidelines.

1. About Technoblok

Technoblok is a public technology discussion community focused on topics such as:

  • computer hardware and PC building;

  • gaming and troubleshooting;

  • artificial intelligence and emerging technology;

  • smartphones and mobile devices;

  • software and operating systems;

  • science, future technology and related discussions.

Technoblok is operated as an independent online community. It is not affiliated with the brands, manufacturers, game publishers or technology companies discussed by its users unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit content on Technoblok.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you meet the minimum age requirement;

  • the information you provide is accurate enough to operate your account;

  • you have access to the email address used for registration;

  • you will keep your account credentials secure;

  • you accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

3. Public Nature of the Forum

Technoblok is primarily a public forum.

Unless a section is clearly marked as private, your topics, replies, uploaded images, links, reactions and public profile information may be visible to:

Do not publish private, confidential or sensitive information that you do not want made public.

4. Community Participation

Technoblok is built around useful, honest and respectful technology discussions.

When participating, you agree to:

  • keep discussions relevant to the topic or category;

  • share accurate information where reasonably possible;

  • clearly distinguish personal opinion, speculation, rumors and confirmed facts;

  • treat other members respectfully, including when disagreeing;

  • avoid misleading titles, fabricated claims or deliberately false information;

  • use appropriate categories and tags;

  • avoid posting the same content repeatedly across multiple topics.

The Community Guidelines provide additional rules for participation and should be read together with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Technoblok to:

  • break applicable law or encourage illegal activity;

  • harass, threaten, stalk, abuse or impersonate another person;

  • publish another person’s private information without permission;

  • post hate speech, targeted abuse or discriminatory attacks;

  • distribute malware, spyware, phishing links or harmful files;

  • attempt to bypass site security, access restrictions or moderation actions;

  • overload, scrape, automate or disrupt the site in an abusive manner;

  • create accounts for spam, manipulation or ban evasion;

  • artificially manipulate likes, reactions, views or community activity;

  • use the site to send unsolicited advertisements or mass promotional messages;

  • misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Technoblok or another organisation.

Search engines and ordinary public sharing of links to Technoblok discussions are permitted, provided this is not done abusively or unlawfully.

6. Adult, Sensitive and Mature Content

Technoblok may include discussions about mature-rated video games, entertainment media, online safety, gaming content warnings or technology-related issues involving adult themes.

However, Technoblok is not an adult-content platform.

You may not post:

  • pornography or sexually explicit images or videos;

  • explicit sexual material intended primarily for arousal;

  • sexual content involving minors or content that sexualises minors;

  • illegal, exploitative or abusive sexual content;

  • graphic content posted without a legitimate discussion purpose or appropriate context.

Discussion of mature games or media is permitted when it is presented in an informational, review, news or community discussion context and remains suitable for a public technology forum.

7. Copyright, Piracy and Intellectual Property

You must only post content that you have the right to share.

You may share your own writing, screenshots, opinions, troubleshooting experiences and links to lawful external sources. When quoting or referring to third-party material, use reasonable excerpts and provide attribution where appropriate.

You may not use Technoblok to:

  • distribute pirated games, software, movies, music or other protected content;

  • share cracks, stolen license keys or illegal download links;

  • instruct others on bypassing paid access to copyrighted content;

  • upload images, articles or files in a way that unlawfully infringes third-party rights.

Discussion of mods, emulation, preservation, compatibility, abandoned games or technical analysis may be allowed when it does not involve unlawful distribution or instructions for copyright infringement.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you create and post on Technoblok.

9. Moderation and Content Removal

Technoblok may moderate, edit, move, hide or remove content where reasonably necessary to:

Because Technoblok is a public discussion forum, closing your account does not necessarily remove every public post you previously submitted. Public posts may be retained, anonymised or reviewed individually where necessary to preserve discussion continuity, comply with legal obligations or protect the rights of other users.

11. External Links and Third-Party Services

Technoblok discussions may contain links to:

Technoblok does not control all external websites linked by users and is not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, security, privacy practices or terms.

Technoblok contains community-created discussions, guides, opinions and troubleshooting suggestions.
